By hiring me for a contract job or commission, you agree to the terms of service below.  (Subject to change or exceptions  prior the job/commission.)

   General Terms

• Must be 18 years or older.

• Please write the details in a clear manner (No wall of text).

• If you have any reference material, show them to me.

• Please don't be rude.

• Safe for Work only. No 18+ content, political content, religious content, NFTs or anything blockchain related technology, and hate content.

• Failure to follow the rules and I have the right to declined or cancel the job/commission.

     Payment (outside of Upwork)

• Paypal, Upwork Direct Contract, Venmo, or Ko-Fi

• All contracts must be paid upfront before work begins.

• United States Dollar (USD) only.

   Work Process

• Your job will start when it's your turn on my work queue and paid for it.

• I will provide work in progress to the client for feedback.

• Time frame for completing one time contract or commission may take a few hours to couple months. Factors affecting time of completion include work load and order, my health, family matters, possible technical issues.

• I will notify you if something happens.

    Customer Satisfaction

• I will do whatever it takes to make my clients satisfied with the end result.

• I will fix minor issues or small errors for free.

• Bigger or major changes will occur additional charges.

    Copyright and Usage

• Unless stated otherwise, I have full copyright to the artwork only. Meaning I can post artwork on my social accounts, my web portfolio, and use it for demo reels purposes.

• You the client can use the artwork for personal purposes unless it's commercial artwork. If you post the personal artwork on the internet, please give me proper credit.

• It is copyright infringement if the client use the personal artwork for commercial reasons (including NFTs or any blockchain related technology), taking credit for my work, and/or removing watermarks or my signature. Please consult to me if you want to make changes.

• Client shall not reproduce and/or otherwise use the Work in any manner of purposes of training artificial intelligence technologies to generate work, including without limitation, technologies that are capable of generating works in the same style or genre as the Work. Nor shall Client sublicense others to reproduce and/or otherwise use the Work in any manner for purposes of training artificial intelligence technologies to generate work.

    Cancellations and Refunds

• Only the freelancer can reserve the right to cancel the contract/commission. A refund will be issue effective, immediately. 

• If the client has not sent payment yet, work will not start. Failure to send payment will result in cancellation.

• Any attempt from the client to issue a chargeback after the work is delivered will result in a lifetime ban, void all rights to any artwork I made for you, and I alert my fellow artist of your actions.

Professional work

• Graphic Design, 2D Animation, Video Editing , Image Editing : $30+ per hour.

• 3D Art and Animation : $50+ per hour.

• 2D Game Assets (including pixel art) : $15+ per hour.

One Time Work

Pixel Art (Still Image / Up to 10 Second Looping Animation Pricing)

• 16 pixel square - $4.

• 32 pixel square - $8 / $12.

• 64 pixel square - $16 / $20.

• 128 pixel square - $24 /  $30.

• Base model - $80.

• Texture - $10.

• Rigged - $10.

• 1 simple animation actions - $5.

• Background Environment - $15.
